International Workshop/School on Heavy Fermions and Quantum Phase Transitions

The International Workshop on Heavy Fermions and Quantum Phase Transitions is going to take place on April 15^th-17^th, 2015 in Hangzhou, China. Before the workshop, there will be a Spring School for students and junior scientists. Tentatively, six tutorial lectures will be delivered during April 12^th-14^th, 2015. The workshop is going to be organized by the Department of Physics, and also Center for Correlated Matter at Zhejiang University.

Topics of the workshop include:

• Superconductivity and magnetism in heavy fermion compounds.
• Non-Fermi liquids and quantum critical materials.
• Topological Kondo insulators and Kondo lattices with other emergent phases.
