Abstract
Design and Characterization of intrinsically magnetic topological materials has been one of the focal points in the research of solid-state physics. At present, a precise prediction of their topological property is difficult. To demonstrate how we design new magnetic topological materials, I will introduce our recent discovery for several new magnetic topological materials, including EuP3, which has a field-induced metal-insulator transition, and Indium-substituted Co3Sn2S2, which has a giant anomalous Hall effect. At last I will discuss a group of Chern-gapped Kagome magnet RMn6Sn6 (R=Gd-Lu).
报告人简介
贾爽,2000年在北京大学获得物理学学士学位,2008在美国爱荷华州立大学获得物理学博士学位,2008-2012年在美国普林斯顿大学从事博士后研究,2012至今为北京大学副教授。从事凝聚态物理研究,主要关注各种新拓扑电子材料的探索合成和表征。自2007年起在各类国际学术刊物上发表论文一百余篇,总引用超过六千次,2020年度入选科睿唯安(Clarivate Analytics)全球“高被引科学家”名单。
